About Us

CHRIS BRADY has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1993.  After graduating from NC State University in 1989, he began his accounting career as an auditor with the North Carolina Department of Revenue.  He later worked for more than ten years at the NC Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) where his primary duty was managing the review of over 550 cost reports filed annually by nursing facilities and ICF-IID group homes.  After leaving DMA, Chris worked for over ten years in public accounting including five years as a partner with Ward, Brady & Co. PLLC.  His public accounting services include cost report preparation, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement consulting, individual & business tax return preparation, agreed-upon procedures, compilations/reviews/audits, bookkeeping, and construction cost segregation studies.  In 2013, Chris established his own CPA firm, Chris Brady, CPA, PLLC.  Chris continues to provide accounting services for clients from the mountains to the coast of North Carolina.
